| The
PacketBand-TDM-1delivers very accurate clock-recovery for T1 or E1 over Ethernet and IP packet networks. Clock recovery comarisons can be seen on this site together with a detailed report when you register.
The TDM-1 is based on the
same architecture and design as the PacketBand-TDM-4G,
but supports just a single T1/E1
full or fractional service for Ethernet and IP networks. More product information can be seen on the TDM-4 page.
Please
note that the PacketBand-TDM-4G can
be purchased with a single TDM interface
enabled with the ability to remotely
upgrade to more TDMs.
The key difference is that the single
port PacketBand-TDM-1 unit is lower
cost than the starter model TDM-4
with a single TDM enabled.
|
The PacketBand-TDM-4C is similar in functionality but can deliver a true PDH plesiochronous system with different clocks in the Tx and Rx directions.
ISDN over
IP versions of the PacketBand
can be seen on the Applications page
and the Product page.

The diagram below
illustrates how the PacketBand products
can deliver synchronous "leased lines"
across an IP/MPLS network for Mobile
Operators. An Application Note for Mobile
Operators using PacketBand
for 2/2.5G BTS "Back-Haul" is available
on the PacketBand-TDM-4G
Application Page.
