Use an existing PRI to a PBX or IP-PBX to "pull-off" BRIs for videoconferencing, for example.
Or just convert a PRI to BRIs. Liberator "S" is available with 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 PRIs and up to 16 BRIs.
